"Tomorrow night through Monday, I will be giving a series of talks throughout Pennsylvania," Musk said in a Wednesday, Oct. 16 post on X, formerly Twitter.

One of those talks is taking place in Folsom, Delaware County, according to America PAC's webpage on the scheduled town hall meetings.

America PAC was founded by Musk, according to the organization's website

Musk donated almost $75 million to America PAC in the last quarter, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer. The PAC is responsible for Trump voter mobilization in Pennsylvania, the newspaper states.

The Folsom event is scheduled for 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 17, the webpage says. The exact location of the event is not provided.

There is no attendance fee, Musk said in his tweet. You have to be a registered voter in Pennsylvania and you also must have previously signed an America PAC petition to support the First and Second Amendments.

The register to vote, sign a petition, attend Elon Musk town hall has drawn some criticism from election law expert Rick Hasen, according to PennLive.

“This is likely illegal, because in a federal election one cannot give anything of value in exchange for someone agreeing to turn out to vote," Hasen said in his blog. "It is not necessary to offer that a person vote for or against a particular candidate."

Hasen provided a link to the law in question, which can be found here.

"Just like one cannot give out free ice cream or car washes or concert tickets, one cannot give out free admission to hear a speech by a tech entrepreneur," according to Hasen.

Other town halls are listed for Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh, but the dates are still to be determined at the time of publication.
